HUSTLE ACTIVEWEAR RETURNS POLICY

We handle all returns and process refunds in accordance with Consumer Law.

** PLEASE NOTE - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED **

REFUNDS

We offer refunds on faulty items. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Customer is required to lodge a refund/exchange request on the website under '"Refunds and Exchanges". Items must be in original condition (unwashed/unworn, not damaged and
with tags.)

  • We do not provide refunds on postage. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer any returns on swimwear or underwear products unless faulty.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchange on clearance sale items.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchange on most items. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Customer is required to lodge a refund/exchange request on the website under "CONTACT US". Items must be in original condition (unwashed/unworn, not damaged and with tags.) If exchanging an item, the customer is required to:

  • Pay postage when sending the items back to us.
  • We do not offer exchange on clearance sale items.

We will cover postage when sending the exchange items back to the customer from Hustle Activewear.

** If items are faulty we offer exchange/return or a full refund, including postage. Hustle Activewear will not accept items deemed faulty past 14 days of being received.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

If you authorise the courier to leave your parcel without a signature and you cannot locate it, Hustle Activewear cannot be held accountable if the delivery goes missing and you will need to process a claim via your bank.

RETURNING ITEMS

The items are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Hustle
Activewear. Hustle Activewear will not issue a refund for items that have been misplaced or lost in transit.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

It is a condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that Hustle Activewear is not legally responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental loss, injury or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website. Whether from errors or omissions in our information, any products or services we offer or from any other use of the website. Your use of any information, materials or services on or through this website is
entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.

It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the extent we are unable to exclude liability; our total liability for loss or damage you suffer or incur from our products and website services is limited to us re-supplying the Services to you, or, at our option, refunding to you the amount you have paid us for the Services to which your claim relates.

Legislation may confer certain rights, warranties and guarantees and remedies relating to the provision of the products and website services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, including but not limited to Consumer Law. At no time are these statutory rights sought to be excluded.
